RAIMANN MODEL KM 310 BV 1M GANG RIPSAW WITH (1) SHIFTING BLADE

•	Specifications:
•	12-1/4″ Max. width cap. with 25″ feed width, 13-1/2″ chain width, 30 HP – 4,200 RPM V-belt drive arbor with (1) movable and (3) fixed blades with laser lights (4 each) on all blades with the outside light moving; up to (10) shifting blade postitions are set and rip width selected by the operator from operator’s controls.
•	As the rip width is selected at the operator’s panel, the computer shifts the blade and the outside laser light follows the blade; fixed saw blades are mounted on individual collars that slide up-and-down the arbor into position, then lock into place using hydraulic pressure.
•	Features: 12″ Dia. saw blades, 65 mm (2-1/2″ dia.) arbor, 4-1/4″ max. depth of cut, 17-3/4″ centers between upper holddown rollers (phenolic pressure holddown shoe plate included); 3/4″ min. strip width, 19-1/2″ min. stock length.
•	Variable feed speed from 30 – 150 FPM, feed drive 1 HP motor, provision for chain spikes every 3rd chain link, automatic chain lubrication.
•	(2) Sets of top & bottom anti-kickback fingers, and adjustable infeed fence.
•	Complete with: Outfeed roll, automatic over-thickness shutoff on infeed, (4) laser lights, and all manuals and wiring schematics.
•	Owner states the saw provides an excellent glue line. New arbor bearings and shifting saw bushings replaced by WEINIG tech within the last 2-years.
•	NOTE: Includes outfeed chain deck seen kin photos!
