- « BARBERAN » Laminating line composed for the following machines:
- « MACONSAL » automatic vacuum feeder.
- « MELER-ML-PS204 » Drum unloader for hot-melt adhesives; melting rate up 165 kG/Hr; (1) single pump with (2) hydraulic outputs and (4) electric outputs (1,200 W per output); speed between 7 – 100 RPM.
- 40° – 200° Temperature range; max. working pressure 85 bar; Electrical requirements: 400 V, 3 Ph, 50 Hz.
- BARBERAN « EN-PUR-4-1600 » Top and bottom gluing applicater for the application of PUR hotmelt glue on the upper and lower side of panels, gypsum plates, insulating, etc., head, each application roller made of silicon rubber and one doctor roller made of steel and heated by means of interval heating elements in oil bath.
- 1,580 Maximun working width, 5 mm minimun working thickness, minimal piece length 600 mm; max. working temperature 160°C; 5 – 25 MPM working speed range; Electrical requirements: 230 V / 400 V, 3Ph, 50 Hz.
- BARBERAN « IT 4000/1600 SI » Indexing table for panels. Station for the application of non-flexible or half-flexible sheets such as high pressure laminate, aluminium sheet, etc. on the glued panel surface; dimensions: 4,000 mm length, 1,600 mm width.
- BARBERAN « CAL-H2-1600 » Pressing calender. Machine designed for the pressing of fibre boards or particle boards which have been previously glued with hot melt glue with two COLD pressing rollers. The rollers are driven with variable frequency drives. The upper roller is adjusted to the board thickness through an electrical spindle with a numeric counter read-out. The lower roller lays on fixed supports.
