WEINIG POWERLOCK OCMS measuring stand with a working width of 300 mm. Tool dimensions; 3″ to 11-3/4″ head diameter. The measuring stand allows for electronic measuring and indicating of cutter head dimensions with electronic digital readouts; visually establishing the tool measurement, no setting errors, no expensive CNC control.
Magnifier screen viewer with 20:1 magnification; the cutterhead is placed in Powerlock tool post, all the operator does is view the scope and moves the measuring carriage via precision dialing left to right.
Measured values (radial) and (axial), tool dimensions both minimum and maximum are displayed.
Includes: arbor with dia. of for conventional tooling.
