3,100 mm (122″) Max. between centers, 118″ standard max. copy length, 9.8″ (250 mm) max. height of centers, max. copying dia. of 10-1/4″ (260 mm) longitudinal and 19-5/8″ (500 mm) transversal.

• 6″ (150 mm) Hydraulic tracing stroke. 5.5 HP (4 kW) drive motor, electronic variable spindle rotation speeds from 300 – 3,200 RPM, carriage speed infinitely variable feed by DC drive 0 – 15.5 FPM.
• Spindle Shaft: Double, precision, sealed ball bearings; « M-33 » thread, « MK-3 » inside cone.
• Tailstock: Heavy Duty design w/ex-center quick action « MK-2 » quill cone.
• Electric: VDE w/Under-voltage protection and lockable switch; « IP 54 » type of protection.
• PLC/Microprocessor, stores data for each job & automatically recalls the settings (i.e., feeds/speeds, settings, etc.).
• Template follower system accepts sample turnings or flat plate profiles; hydraulically operated copier.
• Complete with: 30 – 60 mm 4-Jaw chuck follower rest, variable (1-1/4″ to 2-3/8″); special « MK-2 » live center with pressure ring, « MK-3 » 6-pronged dog, 30 mm dia. lengthened.
• Ring follower rest from 15 mm – 70 mm with precutter; (1) set insert for ring follower rest dia. 20 mm – 70 mm.
• Complete with: Knife sharpener, milling head for spiral, twist, etc., and all accessories as pictured.
