Each side equipped with –
•1st Station: Jump cope unit, 12 HP – 3,450 RPM motor, 40 mm dia. x 85 mm lg. spindle.
• 2nd Station: High speed jump cope head, 12 HP – 7,000 RPM belt drive motor, 10″ lg. spindle for stackable tooling.
• 3rd Station: Narrow abrasive belt profile sanding head, 2″ x 105″ abrasive belts, jump type formed sanding blocks, dual speed with 1.5/2 HP motor.
• 4th Station: Brush sanding unit with 3/4 HP motor.
• Variable feed speed, 4.5 HP feed drive 10 – 60 FPM, chain dogs on 15-3/4″ centers, rubber top non marring chain pads, heavy duty sintered chain links with needle bearings, automatic oil mist chain oiler, automatic brake on feed motor with emergency stop.
•Horizontally & vertically adjustable parallelogram infeed fence, mobile remote control for set up, feed drive on upper holddowns can be disengaged for conventional part feeding in front of dogs, exhaust hoods on all heads.
