Complete MONCO Line with Hot Melt Board Coater, Index Table and T&B Laminator and Panel Cleaner.
Specifications: 62″ Max. and 12″ min. width cap., 144″ max. and 20″ min. substrate length, 1/8″ to 1-1/2″ substrate thickness; applies pressure sensitive EVA Hot Melt to substrate (particle board, hardboard, MDF, OSB, plywood, gypsum, cork, etc.) to be surface covered with 23 – 30 gr. paper, top coated & impregnated melamine paper, continuous laminate, and finish foil; also indexes HPL, veneer, backer sheets, etc. to any panel product,
Variable line speed from 15 – 90 FPM, roll laminates (250 – 300) panels (4′ x 8′ or 5′ x 10′) per Hr or (100 – 150) Laminate sheets/Hr.
1st Station: 6,000 Lbs Cap. infeed Scissor Lift with RH adjustable fence line (removed from line).
2nd Statin: WANDRES high efficency electro-static « LB-60 » Panel Cleaner.
3rd Station: « HM-60″ Hot Melt Top & Bottom Board Coater with 12-1/2 » dia. heated, hard chromed applicator & doctor rolls, thermo-oil heated with an average 60 kW power consumption, up to 425° F ambient temperature.
Applicator & doctor rolls are powered by 5 HP drive system and feed of board is supported by additional in- & outfeed pinch rollers; dust collection knife across coater infeed and 5 HP exhaust blower with fume collection hood over center of machine.
PRE-MELTER, high capacity, continious Hot Melt supply system integrated with Board Coater; includes integrated fume exhaust stack.
4th Station: 12′ Long section of powered roller conveyor with large diameter stainless steel rollers connects Board Coater and the Laminator; works as Index Table « HPL 60 » when used for sheet laminating.
5th Station: « TB-60″ Hot Roll Laminator for continuous method of laminating melamine paper or HPL sheets. Top & Bottom Laminator with oil heated chrome plated rollers, 14 » roller dia., 30 – 75 FPM, 5 HP feed motor.
48 kW Oil heating system, up to 400° F heating including over temperature cutoff safety device, 1 HP oil circulation pump and a 1.5 HP hydraulic system for up to 900 PSI line pressure, 3″ dia. x 4″ stroke cylinder, requires: 60 KVA power supply and 100 PSI.
Complete with: Manual Emergency stop system to stop the drive and raise the rolls, and 360° swivel Jib Crane for loading and unloading of paper rolls.
